These terms govern use of the Lago Cafe website, reservations, catering requests, gift cards and related online services in the United States. Submitting a request does not guarantee availability until Lago Cafe confirms it.

Reservations are subject to capacity and confirmation. Please notify us promptly of changes, late arrival or cancellation. Lago Cafe may adjust seating times when reasonably necessary for restaurant operations.

Catering requires at least 72 hours’ notice. Prices and availability are confirmed before payment. Guest counts, delivery details and menu changes may affect the final total. See the Catering & Refund Policy for cancellation details.

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change before an order is confirmed. Applicable New Mexico taxes, delivery charges and disclosed service fees are added at checkout. Payment disputes should be reported promptly.

Tell us about allergies before ordering. Although we take reasonable precautions, our kitchen handles common allergens and cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Gift cards have no cash value except where required by law and are subject to the balance shown in our records. Third-party ordering and delivery services have separate terms, fees and refund procedures.

Site content belongs to Lago Cafe or its licensors. Services are provided subject to applicable law. These terms may be updated, and New Mexico law governs them to the extent permitted.
